Ms. Eunji Kim

Eunji Kim is a 6th-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Seoul National University, advised by Professor Sungroh Yoon. Her research focuses on Responsible AI, with a particular emphasis on Explainable AI (XAI) and Fairness. She strives to design AI systems that are not only performant but also transparent, reliable, and interpretable, with diverse applications spanning medical image diagnosis, computer vision, and vision-language models. Eunji has gained substantial experience through research internships at prominent institutions such as Microsoft Research, Qualcomm AI Research, and Naver CLOVA. She has co-authored several publications in leading international conferences, including CVPR, ICML, and EMNLP. Her contributions to the field have earned her prestigious recognitions, including the Google PhD Fellowship and the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship Korea.
