Asian Deans' Forum
The Asian Deans’ Forum comprises representatives from engineering schools of seven leading universities in the Asia Pacific Region: The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, The University of New South Wales, Seoul National University, National University of Singapore, NTU Taiwan University, The University of Tokyo, and Tsinghua University. Member universities meet periodically to share experiences and perspectives on advancing engineering education and research, with the aim of shaping the future of engineering for the 21st century.

The Rising Stars Women in Engineering Workshop 
The Asian Deans’ Forum 2026 – The Rising Stars Women in Engineering Workshop will be hosted by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) from Sunday, September 13 to Tuesday, November 15.
 
First concieved in 2018, the Workshop aims to bring together young women professionals in engineering disciplines from around the world. This includes scholars, researchers, and engineers who are exploring or advancing careers in academia. The Workshop facilitates scientific and career-oriented discussions, with a focus on empowering the next generation of women academic leaders in Asia and beyond.

Through engaging plenary and keynote lectures, thought-provoking panel discussions, and interactive mentoring sessions, participants can gain valuable insights into building successful academic career at top universities.
