Seungyeon Lee is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Seoul National University, driven by a passion for developing sustainable and efficient refrigeration and thermal management systems. Her research focuses on utilizing eco-friendly refrigerants to create innovative heat pump technologies. Through extensive experimental and numerical investigations, she has gained a deep understanding of the field and has published and submitted 20 papers, including journal articles and conference proceedings. Her academic and professional achievements encompass several awards, such as the Best Presentation Awards, a Bronze Medal in the 11th HVAC Competition of SAREK, and the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award. She also served as president of the mechanical engineering student council and as an executive committee member of the College of Engineering during her undergraduate years. Eager to collaborate with researchers from various backgrounds, she looks forward to sharing her expertise in the field of mechanical engineering.
