As a recent PhD graduate in Intelligent Transportation from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, my research focuses on optimizing resource allocation and revenue sharing for cooperative multimodal transport systems. I specialize in auction-based mechanism design, developing innovative pricing and allocation methods that provide seamless, personalized mobility services without requiring prior knowledge of travelers' preferences. To foster cooperation among transport service providers, my work introduces a two-stage hierarchical game theoretical model to derive stable and efficient revenue sharing mechanisms, addressing both inelastic and elastic demand scenarios.
By optimizing transportation resources and encouraging collaboration, my research offers practical solutions for the growing complexity of urban mobility, especially with the rise of the sharing economy and on-demand transit services. The proposed approaches have real-world applications for policymakers and industry stakeholders, aiming to create a more efficient and sustainable transportation ecosystem that benefits both travelers and transport service providers.
