My research interests include biomedical engineering, functional biomaterials, optical imaging, tissue clearing, and AI-assisted image analysis. My work focuses on fluorescent nanoparticle-based hydrogel systems for whole-tissue vascular imaging, 3D vascular network reconstruction, automated vessel recognition, and fluorescence-based mapping of vascular resistance and pressure distribution in disease models such as pulmonary arterial hypertension.
