Prof. Yuanchun Shi

Prof. Shi is currently a professor and Vice Chair in the Department of Computer Science and holds the position as the Dean of Global Innovation eXchange Institute (GIX) at Tsinghua University. She has been a Vice President of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations Committee on Engineering for Information and Communication (WFEO CIC) since 2008. Her research interests include pervasive computing, human-computer interaction and network multimedia. Prof. Shi received her PhD, MS, and BS in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. She was a senior visiting scholar at the MIT AI lab in 2001.
