Jooyoung Park is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Seoul National University. Before joining SNU, she worked at the School of Management, Universidad de los Andes in Colombia as well as the Graduate School of Energy and Environment of Korea University. Her research focuses on exploring resource efficiency and circular economy strategies, particularly for urban built environment including buildings, water infrastructure and industrial clusters. She has a PhD in environmental studies from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and Master and Bachelor of Science in Civil, Urban, and Geosystems Engineering from Seoul National University.
